14.03 When an aircraft accident occurs, the pilot or operator of the aircraft involved shall ensure that the particulars of the accident are reported to the TSB

1. within 7 days by registered mail.
2. within 24 hours by telephone.
3. within 48 hours by facsimile.
4. as soon as possible and by the quickest means available.
